At Frovyra, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos/video of the product
- Description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used products
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance / final sale items (if applicable)
- Digital/downloadable products (if any)
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
5. Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrong. If you need an exchange, contact us first.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery.
7. Return Shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective or wrong.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
