3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, tracking details will be provided via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if available).
- You can track your order using the provided tracking number.
5. Delayed or Lost Orders
- If your order is delayed, please allow extra time due to courier issues.
- If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

- If the package is visibly damaged, record a video while opening.
